ANN ARBOR: Black ice to blame for late-night accident on I-94 at Jackson Road exit

Black ice is evidently to blame for a semi truck and mini-van accident that closed Interstate 94 at Jackson Road at 1 a.m. Tuesday, according to an AnnArbor.com report.

Michigan State Police and Ann Arbor police shut down the freeway on Tuesday after the semi hit a mini-van on the driver's side door, pinning the driver in.

Both drivers suffered minor injuries.
